Occupational Therapy

Our Pediatric Occupational Therapy program helps children develop the essential skills needed for daily activities and independence. We offer specialized therapy for Sensory Processing Disorder, Fine Motor Delays, and Gross Motor Delays. Our experienced therapists provide support for children with Dyspraxia (Motor Coordination Disorder), Developmental Coordination Disorder, and challenges with Bilateral Coordination. We also focus on Handwriting Therapy, Visual Motor Integration, and Executive Function Disorder Therapy to improve cognitive and motor skills. Additionally, we offer ADHD Therapy, Autism Therapy for Sensory Issues, and Self-Regulation Therapy to help children manage emotions and behaviors effectively. Our program also includes therapy for Low Muscle Tone (Hypotonia) and High Muscle Tone (Hypertonia) to build strength and coordination, ensuring that each child receives personalized support for their unique needs.

Pediatric occupational therapy supports the development of sensory processing, fine motor and visual motor skills, and self-help abilities that enable children to participate successfully in their home, school, play, and community environments.

Occupational therapy helps children who experience challenges with sustained attention, transitioning between tasks or environments, fine motor coordination, handwriting, and independence with daily living skills such as dressing, feeding, and hygiene. Therapy also addresses executive functioning skills that support organization, planning, and emotional regulation.

Our occupational therapists have specialized training to help children build essential everyday skills related to fine motor development, sensory processing, self-care, handwriting, and executive functioning. Each child’s plan of care is individualized and designed to strengthen confidence, promote independence, and support success in daily routines and meaningful activities.
